User Positioning - The unique design of the Eagle arm curl is such that the elbow is off the pad which removes pressure from the elbow and aids in proper arm positioning. The seat height also adjusts to get the shoulder in the right place for proper and safe lifting.

Self-Adjusting Forearm Length - This design feature automatically adjusts for the differences in forearm length of a wide variety of users.

Grips - Rotating hand grips accommodate the natural variations in carrying angle of a wide variety of users. They also allow both arms curls or hammer curl exercises.

Stabilization - Adjustable chest pad. Provides for more stable positioning of the torso relative to the axis of rotation.

Counter-Balanced Take-off weight - CYBEX engineering counter-balances the additional weight of the pressing arm assembly so that the user is lifting only the actual weight selected.
